Consistently reliable EOR

This is our third time using Papaya Global for Employer of Record services, and they continue to deliver. Each time, the process for setting up new employees in different countries has been consistent. Their platform for Contractor Management is also very user-friendly. I appreciate the reliability; it's why we keep coming back. We also used them for Immigration Services last year, and that went well too. Good to know we can count on them.

Great value for EOR service

We were shopping around for an EOR solution and decided on Papaya Global after a free demo. The startup pricing they offered was a significant factor. We needed to onboard a few international contractors, and their Contractor Onboarding feature worked perfectly. It felt like a solid investment compared to other platforms we looked at, especially with the pricing structure they gave us. Everything was clear, and there were no hidden fees, which I appreciated. Definitely worth the cost for managing our remote team.

Trying to compare Papaya Global vs Deel for our contractor management. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which is better?

T Todd Walsh 1 month ago
We looked at both. Deel felt a bit more geared towards smaller operations, while Papaya seemed more robust for enterprise-level stuff, especially with the EOR side. Depends on your scale.

Honestly, they're both solid. Papaya's analytics dashboard felt a little more powerful to me, but Deel's interface was super slick. Best to get a demo for each and see what fits your company's vibe.

Does Papaya Global do the actual local tax stuff for employees in other countries? Or is that still on us to figure out?

P Phil E. 1 month ago
From what I understand, they handle all that. Like, the whole point is they take care of the local compliance and tax filings for you.

Yup, that's their jam. We use them for payroll in three different countries and they take care of all the local tax headaches. Saves a ton of time.

Are there any hidden fees or extra costs with Papaya Global, especially for things like multi-currency payments?

M Marcus 2 months ago
Always read the quote carefully, but I didn't find any 'hidden' fees with ours. Multi-currency was all factored into the per-employee cost.

R Rosa Carter 2 months ago
Our pricing was pretty transparent. They should lay out all the costs for multi-currency handling clearly in the proposal. Ask for a detailed breakdown if you're unsure.

How long does it typically take to get set up with Papaya Global for a new company? We're looking to onboard a few international hires soon.

C Chris P. 2 months ago
It really depends on how complex your setup is, but I think for a basic EOR setup, it can be relatively quick. Maybe a few weeks for initial payroll runs.

M Marcus Romero 2 months ago
Our implementation took a bit longer than expected, probably around 6-8 weeks, but we had a lot of legacy systems to integrate. They were pretty hands-on throughout the process though.

Thinking of switching our global payroll to Papaya. Any idea if they offer any discounts if we pay yearly instead of monthly?

D Daisy 1 month ago
Yeah, they totally do. We got about 15% off for committing to an annual plan. Worth asking your sales rep about.

Can confirm. I think most of these platforms give you a pretty decent chunk off for annual billing. It was one of the first things our account manager brought up.
